Aderet – Givat Hamatos

The Aderet Jerusalem project consists of three unique complexes, featuring low-rise construction that is unusual in the city’s new construction landscape. Each complex was designed with its own character and quality, and offers a variety of apartment types for every family – so that each can choose the home that best suits their needs and lifestyle. All buildings benefit from 2 elevators, a designed lobby and a residents’ club.

The Givat Hamatos neighborhood is built on a hill at an altitude of approximately 813 meters above sea level, and is expected to include approximately 2,561 housing units, on a plot area of ​​approximately 176 thousand square meters and approximately 274 thousand square meters of construction. This is a spacious, terraced neighborhood without towers, characterized by many green areas.

Alongside the residences, the neighborhood will be built with commercial and public spaces, green parks, a community center, educational and health institutions, and more, for the benefit of the residents. There are several archaeological sites in the neighborhood, for which a designated preservation plan has been defined. The unique location of Givat Hamatos, close to the Gilo, Gonen and Talpiot neighborhoods and between Highway 50 and Highway 60, provides full and quick accessibility to all parts of Jerusalem: about a 15-minute drive to Hadassah Ein Kerem and the Western Wall, and about a 10-minute drive to the Biblical Zoo, the station complex, Malcha Mall and Hadar Mall.
